 EXPERIENCE 

30 Years

Rex Ramsey is a registered Architect in the State of California. Since 1977, he has been responsible for a number of design and project management  projects which have included telecommunications, public agency, industrial facilities and commercial buildings.

 Additionally, he brings to the firm his highly specialized experience in large project design and construction administration techniques. He has been in charge of major projects for the Georgia-Pacific Corporation Container Division, Unilever [Ragu’ Foods Co.], Pepsi Cola Bottling Company, Pacific Coast Producers, Aisin Electronics and Heinz USA. In the commercial area, he has  completed projects for Guaranty Federal Bank [Stockton Savings Bank], Washington Mutual Bank [American Savings Bank] & Wells Fargo Bank. His experience includes a number of educational projects at the University of the Pacific.

 His experience in establishing cost-effective methods of construction and selections of materials is based on sound background in the value engineering process. The project assignments for which he is responsible frequently entail extensive contract negotiations, administration and project control through completion.
