The Project includes office flex space of different sizes
and configurations to meet the needs of both small and large business users.
The buildings are carefully sited and designed to shield the service and
parking areas from the public path of approach to the Office Park. This
approach culminates in a plaza accented with a reflecting pool, which extends
the feeling of the waterway close by, and at the same time, creates a vital
"sense of place."
