This project included the design and preparation of construction documents for a 17,000 square foot administrative and research facility. The building accommodates general administrative functions, open-office space planning for field personnel, research and testing laboratories, a confined specimen storage area and marine equipment repair facility. The construction budget for this project was $1.5 million.
