Improvements include new HVAC systems and fenestration in preparation for converting the existing low-income housing project into an Assisted Living Facility.

The Senior Service Agency will utilize a portion of the first floor as an extension of their Adult Day Care services.

A new color palette was created to bring life to the façade without departing from the original architectural flavor.
