The
Project includes remodel and expansion of existing neighborhood mall, remodeling of
independent retail building and bringing the shopping center to city standards.
Located
in a busy intersection in Stockton’s busiest trough fare, Pacific Corners was
brought from aging 1950’s trends to a dynamic and fresh new look.
The
added architectural features continue geometric lines established by
surrounding projects, giving the new and remodeled structures unique details
– emphasized with special lighting – that set them apart without breaking
the aesthetics of the immediate developments.
